1 Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using SEOPilot™ (the "Software"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Software.

These terms apply to all users including free trial users, one-time purchasers, and subscribers. Use of the Software constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SEOPilot™ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license as described below.

3 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• ✕Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software or your account access
• ✕Share your account credentials with other individuals or organizations
• ✕Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• ✕Remove or modify any copyright notices or proprietary markings
• ✕Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• ✕Use the Software to generate spam, manipulative, or deceptive SEO content
• ✕Scrape or crawl websites without proper authorization
• ✕Violate any search engine's terms of service or webmaster guidelines

4 API and Third-Party Integrations

SEOPilot™ integrates with third-party APIs and services (including Google Search Console, AI providers, and others). You are responsible for:

• ✓Obtaining your own API keys from authorized providers where required
• ✓Paying any associated API usage fees directly to those providers
• ✓Complying with the terms of service of all third-party API providers
• ✓Maintaining the security of your API credentials and OAuth tokens

We are not responsible for any costs, limitations, service disruptions, or policy changes imposed by third-party providers, including Google.

5 Payment and Refunds

Payment

Payment for the Software is processed securely through WarriorPlus. All prices are in USD. Payment is required in full before access is granted.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund:

• ✓Provide your WarriorPlus order ID and reason for refund
• ✓Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

After 30 days, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Refund requests due to misuse, policy violations, or after account termination will not be honoured.

Any rankings, traffic results, or success stories mentioned are not typical and should not be interpreted as guarantees. SEO success requires consistent effort, quality content, and an ongoing strategy beyond automated tooling alone.

7 Search Engine Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all SEO actions taken using SEOPilot™ comply with:

• ✓Google Search Essentials (Webmaster Guidelines)
• ✓Bing Webmaster Guidelines
• ✓All applicable search engine terms of service
• ✓All applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

We are not responsible if your website is penalized, deindexed, or your Google Search Console account is suspended due to policy violations or actions taken with the Software.

8 Intellectual Property

Our Rights

SEOPilot™, including all software code, algorithms, design, training materials, and branding, is the intellectual property of Alex Krulik. All rights reserved.

Your Rights

You retain full ownership of your websites and any content optimized through use of the Software. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated usage data and statistics for product improvement and marketing purposes, without identifying you personally.

9 Software Updates and Support

We provide:

• ✓Free software updates and bug fixes during your license period
• ✓Email and ticket-based support for technical issues
• ✓Access to training materials and documentation

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice. Support response times may vary based on current ticket volume.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

11 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software if you:

• ✕Use the Software for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• ✕Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior
• ✕Share, resell, or redistribute your license or credentials
• ✕Initiate a chargeback without first contacting support

Upon termination, your license is immediately revoked and you must cease all use of the Software. No refund will be issued upon termination for cause.

12 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
